    1. Thanks, Gerry. They are abundant and reasonably tame. Even our loud diesel jeep usually did not scare away most of them. They also don't really watch you, they are too busy hunting :) Posted 10 years ago

The Blue-tailed Bee-eater is a near passerine bird in the bee-eater family Meropidae. It breeds in southeastern Asia. It is strongly migratory, seen seasonally in much of peninsular India.
