Hi,
You have requested the creation of a new species red tail dragonfly or Red-tailed Pennant in your comment. I cannot agree with you about this identification for the following reasons: the Red-tailed Pennant is an American species which cannot be found in Malaysia; even if it could, as you can see from the reference link below, this species has a brownish body with an entirely red tail while yours clearly has a blue striped body with a red tail but black towards the end.
