Good morning! It was unplanned trip to explore birding sites in-n-around my hometown.  While on the way, I saw bunch of small birds hovering on paddy field, I got into the field, moved slowly towards the birds area. It was just after sun-rise, light was adequate and lucky to shoot his little beauty. What a way to begin your day!<br />

The red-headed bunting is a passerine bird in the bunting family Emberizidae, a group now separated by most modern authors from the finches, Fringillidae.
