Marzaiola In italy we call them marzaiole because they arrive in our country in March (marzo).<br />
Their migration is strange because it&#039;s round: they Fly through Sahara then the central Mediterranean and Italy where it nests expecially in Po valley. Then it reach northen and eastern Europe.<br />
It is found in low water and usually stops near marsh vegetation.<br />

The garganey is a small dabbling duck. It breeds in much of Europe and western Asia, but is strictly migratory, with the entire population moving to southern Africa, India, and Australasia in winter, where large flocks can occur.
