  1. This one is a tough one to place in the taxonomy tree, as this species is categorized in many different ways depending on the taxonomy system. I settled on the ITIS system, which in this case means its placement is probably scientifically outdated, yet most compatible with JungleDragon right now. Just so you know... Posted 10 years ago

    2. lol.. I can barely begin to understand them - there's so little information and a lot of it is vague. I get the idea that there the community who studies slime molds is pretty small. They are still rather fun to look for :) and fascinating to look at. Posted 10 years ago
      1. Thanks for understanding, I frankly don't understand them either, I'm not a biologist. It gives some comfort that scientists don't agree on placement either :)

        Anyway, you did a wonderful job identifying them!
