I am not sure, but it looks like Cosmopsaltria papuensis. Unfortunately, I couldn't find another reference to compare it.

    Yes it will. Put the name in the Identify Species box and search. It will come up as not found, it will either give you an option for Advanced or request manual Species Creation or something like that, then just click on that. The Cosmopsaltria papuensis

Cosmopsaltria papuensis is a cicada endemic to Papua New Guinea. There are many species of Cicada in New Guinea but only four of them are eaten as a delicacy. C. papuensis is one of them, and has a local name of 'Dui helme'.
