    2. According to Robert Whyte this is an Oxyopes macilentus. Quadrifasciatus refers to the legs which have four lines, two above and two below. It seems that most of the photos are identified wrong. Oxyopes quadrifasciatus is rare while Oxyopes macilentus is more widespread.

"Oxyopes macilentus", sometimes known as the lean lynx spider, is a species of lynx spiders from East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and northern Australia. They are active predators, hunting invertebrates among vegetation. They are especially common in grassy areas and rice fields.
