  2. I have found out this this is probably a Green Sweat Bee (Agapostemon). There are several species although I don't think I would like to guess which one although it could be A. virescens.

    1. Hello Claire,
      I took upon myself to verify as precilely as I could. The name I thought it might have is the Virescent Green Metallic Bee (Agapostemon virescens). After verification of internet I went back to the books and found the answer (I believe) with the "Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Insects & Spiders".

    1. Agapostemon virescens is not on Wiki so it will need a species creation. If I have time I will do this for you but a safer bet would be to request a creation and that will remind me! Well done!! Posted 10 years ago
