A SPOTTED DEER (M) ON THE RUN
The Spotted Deers are one of the most beautiful mammals in Indian jungles.Here a male S.Deer is seen on the run as they are very afraid of any movement around and run away.Here it is shot against light adding even more beauty to him.The males only have horns and every year new horns grow after shading out the old ones.Males look more attractive with these horns and they use them as a weapon while fighting with other males for superiority.

The chital or cheetal, also known as chital deer, spotted deer or axis deer is a deer which commonly inhabits wooded regions of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and in small numbers in Pakistan.
