Oryx Fight - Dominance is Everything
A pair of Oryx (or Gemsbok) bulls fight it out over territorial rights. Fights such as this can last to the death, until there is a clear and distinctive winner. With horns sharp and strong, one can easily imagine this scenario.
The gemsbok or gemsbuck is a large antelope in the ''Oryx'' genus. It is native to the arid regions of southern Africa, but formerly some authorities included the East African Oryx as a subspecies. Its current population in South Africa is 373,000.
