    1. Thanks. I had been enjoying my little macro morning in Sri Lanka greatly, wish I had more opportunity throughout the trip. It's quite addictive, like a candy store for a macro photographer. I did 4 trips in a single morning, all to the same bushes, but the heat was killing me so I had to take breaks :) Posted 10 years ago

"Acisoma panorpoides" is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is found in Algeria, Angola, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, India, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, possibly Burundi, possibly Kenya, and possibly Tanzania.
