  1. Bangalore has a biological park? I visited twice and did not know this. That said, it was work trip. Posted 8 years ago
    1. Yes Bannerughatta Biological Park (Asia's largest butterfly park was recently included), It was inaugurated in 1970s. (Zoo, Safari, Butterfly Park and Rescue Center)
      Many do not know but this biological park is just 20 km from Bangalore and 8 km from my home :P. There is even a Safari where you can see White Tigers, Bengal Tigers, Lions Etc. It is one among the few places in the world where wilderness is preserved so close to a big city.
