    1. I agree, they are beautiful. An extremely tricky bird to photograph as well ... they stick to shady areas and move like lightning. With iridescent colors, it makes the reward sweeter if one manages to get a photograph of him. Posted 4 years ago

It is found in Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
