  Typically, snakes swallow their meals head-first. Maybe the snake dropped the fish once over land and re-positioned it to slide down head-first. But it does look like it would be a rather uncomfortable swallow... Posted 10 years ago

Its a very rare photo that I saw. And the behavior is also very surprising, Never saw a snake feeding a fish. Great shot.
