    Looking at this photo, it could be either Bombus pensylvanicus or Bombus auricomus.

The American Bumble Bee

The American bumblebee is a species of bumblebee found across North America in open fields, but its numbers are declining. It is similar in colour and range to the yellow bumblebee.
