  2. hi @Fl design: @Travis has reported that there was possibly a bug in the system, in that it did not allow you to identify this species as "Coluber hippocrepis", when we tried, the identification dialog just showed nothing returned. Now, however, it seems it is succesfully identified, so we're curious as to what happened and how you did it? Can you please reply using the reply link below the comment? Thanks! Posted 10 years ago

  3. I particularly like this picture mainly because I've had one encounter with these guys and he got away from me. How often do you go looking for snakes? It has been my mission to find as many species in Spain before I leave and I've had great difficulty. Ever found a Lataste's? Posted 10 years ago
