After a couple of years of discussion with some specialist, here the point, this is a juvenile Dark Chanting-Goshawk The pale eye, grey head, pink cere, hints of barring on the flanks and the vermiculated feathers of adult plumage coming through on the thighs. Long pink legs too. Posted 7 years ago

The dark chanting goshawk is a bird of prey in the family Accipitridae which is found across much of sub-Saharan Africa and southern Arabia, with an isolated and declining population in southern Morocco.
