Black-hooded oriole in Wilpaththu, Sri Lanka
Just like paradise flycatchers, this bird has been tormenting us the whole trip. From the corner of our eyes we'd easily see this very bright yellow flash but it never settled down within sight. This is the only somewhat usable crop.

The black-hooded oriole is a member of the oriole family of passerine birds and is a resident breeder in tropical southern Asia from India and Sri Lanka east to Indonesia.
