"Plumeria Obtusa" - commonly known as Frangipani is a flower native to Central America, but is cultivated widely for its ornamental, mesmerizing fragrant flowers, all round the globe. It grows in suitably warm climate, and it is an instant attention grabber; especially at the blooming stage!

This flower is called "KaaDu Sampige" in KannaDa (native language of Karnataka, South India).
