  1. Unless I'm mistaken, southern black tits have white on their wings in all plumages. Between that, the bill, and the tail, this looks more like a fork-tailed drongo to me. Posted 7 years ago
    1. Oops. No you are not mistaken, it is indeed a fork-tailed drongo, a bit of wishful thinking on my part I think. So thanks for that and it is now updated. Posted 7 years ago

The Fork-tailed Drongo, also called the Common Drongo, African Drongo, or Savanna Drongo , is a drongo, a type of small passerine bird of the Old World tropics. The species was earlier considered to cover Asia, but the Asian species is now called the Black Drongo . They are members of the family Dicruridae.
