High Ropes In an attempt to get some close ups of some birds I climbed a tree twenty some feet high. As I hung about keeping watch of every step, this little squirrel came running along a branch to find me in the way of his home. He stood up on the branch like so and was debating his next move. After a bit of hesitation he decided to jump right over my foot to continue his way on the branch and to his destination. A bit of a different perspective of a squirrel I thought would be fun to share since I've lacked material. 1. A beautiful experience! I just came from Sri Lanka where squirrels were so inquisitive, even jumping on your table. Posted 6 years ago

''Sciurus carolinensis'', common name eastern gray squirrel or grey squirrel depending on region, is a tree squirrel in the genus ''Sciurus''. It is native to eastern North America, but has since been introduced to European regions.
