These were found beside a local pond in Plainfield, New Hampshire (USA). They look like wild blueberries but not sure that is the proper name. Need help. Could not find the exact species.

  1. They look like blackberries, but there are many species of them. The leaves in the background have an unususal shape though, are they of the same species?

    1. I took one of the plants to a state Biologist and she could not name the species! However she promised me an answer. Very strange plant. Posted 10 years ago
    2. those don't really look like blackberries… nor do they look entirely like blueberries - no "star" on them. I wouldn't taste them until you have a definite ID! Posted 10 years ago, modified 10 years ago
