    1. Thank you Travis. I used a remote flash unit with weak flash to light up the bottom of the fungi, so it's a mix of natural and flash light. Posted 10 years ago

"Paxillus involutus", commonly known as the brown roll-rim, common roll-rim, or poison pax, is a basidiomycete fungus widely distributed across the Northern Hemisphere. It has been inadvertently introduced to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and South America, probably transported in soil with European trees.
