Ramaria flaccida, Heeswijk-Dintherse Bossen, Netherlands
There's a few orangish coral fungi species in the Netherlands, based on appearance and where it is growing on, I am reasonably sure that this is Ramaria flaccida. In dutch it is called the "weak" coral fungus for some reason. You should never try to consume coral fungi, as species look very similar to each other and some are fatally poisonous.

''Ramaria flaccida'' is a species of coral fungus in the Gomphaceae family. Originally described as ''Clavaria flaccida'' by Elias Fries in 1821, the species was transferred to ''Ramaria'' by Hubert Bourdot in 1898.
