  3. This is most definitely a cheetah, but which one? If this is its natural environment then the highest population of Asiatic cheetahs is in Iran where there is snow. Asiatic cheetahs tend to be darker, larger and with longer fur. I wouldn't like to say if this was an Asiatic cheetah, but I would be very excited if it was! Posted 10 years ago

The cheetah is a large-sized feline inhabiting most of Africa and parts of the Middle East.The cheetah achieves by far the fastest land speed of any living animal—between 112 and 120 km/h in short bursts covering distances up to 500 m, and has the ability to accelerate from 0 to over 100 km/h in three seconds.
