    1. yes on a nature trail we came across to this beauty , this photo is taken in Cotigaon Wildlife Sanctuary , Goa.

  2. With a focal length of 30mm that snake must have been awfully close, or the image is heavily cropped. I'm interested as well in the conditions this shot was taken :) Posted 10 years ago

The king cobra is the world's longest venomous snake, with a length up to 5.6 m. This species, which preys chiefly on other snakes, is found predominantly in forests from India through Southeast Asia to Indonesia and the Philippines.
