Don't mess with me
"Indian Robin" (Saxicoloides fulicatus) - This bird species is widespread in Indian sub-continent and ranges across, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri-Lanka. The males of northern population have a brown back whose extent gradually reduces southwards with populations in the southern peninsula, having an all black back.
These birds are often found in open scrub areas, and can be spotted perching on low thorny shrubs and rocks. There are two more similar looking birds - "Pied Bushchat" and "Oriental Magpie Robin", but the Indian Robin's long tail is held erect and its chestnut undertail covert and dark body makes it easily distinguishable from the other two similar birds.
These birds have sexually dimorphic plumage, and several populations are named based on their plumage differences.

The Indian Robin is a species of bird in the Muscicapidae family. It is widespread in the Indian Subcontinent, and ranges across Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
