Agelena labyrinthica (presumed) awaiting prey, Netherlands
A funnel web spider is awaiting outside its funnel for activity, be it food or mating. If they come out, they'll often don't go further than this. They are challenging to photograph since touching a thread of their enormous web immediately will send it back into the funnel.
The Netherlands has 14 species of funnel web spiders, of which 3 are candidates for identification. From this angle it is hard to be absolutely sure about the identification.

"Agelena labyrinthica" is a species of spider in the family Agelenidae. It is a widespread species in Europe.
