  1. Possibly but not so sure myself.
    A little note, if you are wanting help with identification, you can do that in the nature forum. A new species is only requested when you know exactly what the species is and it is not available on Wiki. When you do that, it also helps to add a link to the source you used to come to your identification. I hope this makes sense!

  2. In all probability this is a mallard but a cross breed. Mallards have cross-bred with so many other ducks giving them unusual colourations such as this ones bill. Otherwise it is a domestic duck of some sort...or a mix of both?

The mallard or wild duck is a dabbling duck that breeds throughout the temperate and subtropical Americas, Eurasia, and North Africa, and has been introduced to New Zealand, Australia, Peru, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, the Falkland Islands, and South Africa.
