Target in sight! Pariah Kite taking off - On a sunny afternoon, I located this bird sitting on the top of a building. I had my camera locked on to the bird, but I turned away from the viewfinder for a split second. That is the precise moment when the Kite took off. I'm lucky I even managed to get the bird back in the frame! Bird of prey,Black kite,Geotagged,India,Milvus migrans, bird, feathers, india, kite, pariah kite, wings Click/tap to enlarge

The black kite is a medium-sized bird of prey in the family Accipitridae, which also includes many other diurnal raptors. It is thought to be the world's most abundant species of Accipitridae, although some populations have experienced dramatic declines or fluctuations.
