White Desert, Egypt A surreal location, miles of nothingness interspersed with giant rock formations created by the winds slowly eroding the mountains. Surprisingly (for me) there were seashells on the top of these formations. I am no archeologist or whatever the correct term is but this goes to prove that centuries ago, this desert was under the sea.
