  2. I think this is either a Cherry Faced Meadowhawk or a Ruby Meadowhawk, but apparently often a photo is not enough to tell the difference. The face looks more red than brown… so maybe more likely Cherry Faced? Posted 11 years ago, modified 11 years ago

The Cherry-faced Meadowhawk is a dragonfly of the genus ''Sympetrum''. It is found across northern and central United States and most of Canada, including southern portions of the Yukon and Northwest Territories.
