  1. Why do you think this is a Dalmatian clover and not a red clover (Trifolium pratense)?

    1. I am a bit confused! In my registry I marked it as Red Clover Trifolium pratense - but why I decided this is Dalmatian clover, I really don't know! Obviously watching TV Football World Cup and identifying species in the same time is not the best idea... Now I have to change data on all my photos of this species! Anyway, thanks for the correction! Posted 11 years ago

"Trifolium pratense", red clover, is a herbaceous species of flowering plant in the bean family Fabaceae, native to Europe, Western Asia, and northwest Africa, but planted and naturalized in many other regions.
