    1. Nope. I saw this guy swimming along the Erie Canal while walking along one of the trails that go alongside the canal.
      That rusty metal on the right is the base of support beam for a bridge that is in the process of being built. If you look at the map for the Geotag... the road to the west is Route 15, the water to the south is the Erie Canal, and just south of the water is Interstate 390. The bridge is for a new onramp going from 15 North to 390 West. Part of the parking lot that you can see (at least for the time being - who knows how soon Google will update it's imagery) on Google Maps was removed for the project.
