    You're welcome. You should be more specific when identifying the species or you end up with a completely different species - a plant in this case :) Another common mistake is to identify the peacock butterfly, insted of the bird... If that happens, you can remove it from the red X beneath the ID and try again. The best way to identify a species is to find the scientific name first. Posted 11 years ago

I dont know much about lizards, but I am sure this is not an alligator lizard. Was it in the wild or in captivity? if in the wild then the location would help. However, I am pretty sure Wildflower is correct in it being an oriental garden lizard.
