  1. Wow Frank (I looked up your name from your website), you're really taking the contest by the horns, setting the bar. Not only is the image spectacular, it's also a species intro (first photo of this species on the site), and you shared it with great detail and the location. That's exactly how to share a photo properly.

I'm hoping you like the site so that you stick around also after the contest :)

One small remark, if you want, you can include EXIF info in your image. JungleDragon will detect them, which saves you from having to type it out.

    1. thank you very much! I knew the site before the competition :)
but i collect all images in the same file because of my watermark, so the EXIFs are wrong :) but thanks so much.
      Cheers

  2. Frank, wow, just look at those eyes! Impressive equipment too
I shot a snake eye photo some while back but I like yours more.
In 3D: almost the largest, but certainly the strongest This kind python can unhook his jaw and swallow a quite sizeable prey. It does not have to bite as the muscles will just flatten the subject first. Only the anaconda matches this snake in length yet the anaconda is thicker. It beats the anaconda in strength. 7 to 9 meters! Wow its as long as a house is high!<br />
I only did a headshot of its quite massive head (the size does not show in this picture:)), because of the nice strangely green colours it had, and look at those captivating eyes! Geotagged,Oliemeulen,Python reticulatus,The Netherlands, zoo
