Silver-green Leaf Weevil macro, the Netherlands
Snout weevils are terribly hard to identify, so here's my logic for identifying this one. In the Netherlands, there are 476 known species of them. Determining the genus greatly narrows down options. In this case, we can establish this to be the Phyllobius genus (in dutch "leaf snout weevils") based on its habitat, type of snout and because its antennae are on the top of its snout, rather than on the side.
Phyllobius argentatus dominates this genus, all other species in the genus are related to it, and about 15 of them look extremely alike. Based on length, commonality and tons of reference photos I made the educated guess to identify it as Phyllobius argentatus. Phyllobius argentatus is often green in appearance, yet may be brown, as on this photo. On this photo you can see a couple, showing both colors:

Summarizing, I can't be 100% sure, because that would mean I have to dissect it.

Phyllobius argentatus is a snout weevil in the Phyllobius genus. Despite its common name, Silver-green Leaf Weevil, it can have various colors.
