Spur Winged Plover at the Beach

Several Spur Winged Plovers were patrolling on the Stanwell Park Beach some were right down at the waters edge and this one was up at the grasses edge when I managed this image

I have incorrectly identified this bird as a Lapwing it is actually an Australian Spur winged or masked Plover. I dont know how to correct this error. If you know how to change the identification please do. Posted 11 years ago
