I think it is the Purple Beard Orchid (Calochilus robertsonii), although Calochilus platychilus is very similar.

The Purple Beard Orchid

'' Calochilus robertsonii'', the Purple Beard Orchid, is a widespread Australian and New Zealand orchid found in a variety of habitats. It displays green-brown flowers from September to January. The labellum is covered with purple-brown hairs.
