Parker's spinetail or the white-breasted spinetail, is a species of bird in the family Furnariidae. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland.
