The reason for now to have this rule, is that it is easy to manage. A grey area is far more subjective and will lead to a lot of discussion.
Ultimately, to me the intend of the uploader is most important. If somebody with good ontopic intentions breaks such a rule, I don't care much.
Anyway, just to let you know that there's some reasoning behind these rules, and that I'm open to debate. Posted 11 years ago
