Taxeotis perlinearia is a moth species in the Geometridae family. The adult moths of this species are brown, with variable markings sometimes including a broad dark marginal band, wavy lines, and dark dots. The forewing wingtips are slightly recurved. The wingspan is about 2.5 cms. The labial palps are held out straight in front of the head. The males and the females in this genus both have thread-like antennae.
