    Interesting, did you use a ND filter, or was it dark enough? Now that you say it, when viewing the photo larger, it does have that awesome foggy water effect. Posted 11 years ago

      It wasn't dark enough yet for longer exposure. The "blue hour" just started. Sometimes I use a ND graduated filter. Here I used a polorized filter. Posted 11 years ago
