Feisty Juvenile Eastern Brown Snake
Flipping my first eastern brown snake.
Such a surreal experience to be able to hold the worlds second most venomous snake in my hands.
The little guy was very fiery for such a cold day and I wouldn't have expected anything less with the reputation this species has.

The eastern brown snake, often referred to as the common brown snake, is a species of genus Pseudonaja. This snake is considered the world's second most venomous land snake based on its LD50 value in mice. It is native to Australia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia.
