  1. This is unlikely to be Thyrassia subcordata. There are no recordings of it outside of India and Sri Lanka. I think this is Thyrassia penangae, which does occur in Malaysia and the caterpillar looks like your photo too. Posted 5 months ago

"Thyrassia penangae" is a species of moth in the family Zygaenidae. It is found in south-east Asia, including Peninsular Malaysia and China.
