Black tooth - Phellodon niger

"Phellodon niger" is a species of tooth fungus in the family Bankeraceae, and the type species of the genus "Phellodon". The fungus is found in Europe and North America, although molecular studies suggest that the North American populations represent a similar but genetically distinct species.
