  1. Can you please change the ID? Sympetrum sanguineum is not found in India
    I suggest Scarlet Skimmer/ Ruddy Marsh Skimmer (Crocothemis servilia) which widely distributed in Oriental and Australian region

  2. No need to be sorry, it's an honest mistake and constructively corrected.

    Indeed many ID detection methods (Seek, Google Lens, etc) do not take distribution into account. I think this is bad because this generates a lot of impossible IDs. I hope they add location filtering in the future.

    As we communicated via direct messaging and I had shared the picture with 2 on ground experts from India, I have received conformation on the ID of this dragonfly.
    And same is supported by iNaturlist as suggested by you.
    Correct id is Urothemis signata

The Scarlet Basker is a dragonfly in the Urothemis genus. It is found in Asia and Africa.
