  1. Snow wow, although I'm no stranger to snow, we had an exceptionally mild winter over here, and a very early spring. Hope the snow there doesn't ruin any plant life. Posted 11 years ago
    1. I wish I was in the Netherlands for this past winter. We had a very harsh and long winter here. We have had some warmer and sunnier days, but apparently winter is persistent on punishing us this year. I will be travelling again in the next couple days and will be back in the Wisconsin area for the month of May, and then I will be moving to YNP for four months! And, I plan on finally making a DSLR purchase sometime in the next couple weeks!! :) Posted 11 years ago
      1. Be careful what you wish for, Travis. Despite the cold weather, at least you have some awesome wildlife parks in your backyard :)

Good luck on the DSLR, looking forward to what you'll share with us in the future. After all, you're our primary US wildlife reporter ;)

        1. You are very right, Ferdy. I am very fortunate to have the resources I do have at hand. Among the many national parks and reserves, there are many public forests and other set-aside federal lands that I have at my photographing disposal. I am very excited to be taking the next step in photography; my horizons are limited with my eagerness! I hope to continue being the US ambassador! Posted 11 years ago

You are, and for as long as you want to, will be.
