  1. Excellent job! We tried this bird during our last trip. It would appear 2-3 times per day at a particular plant starting from 5AM. We saw it but failed to capture it, I'm happy that you did manage! Posted 8 months ago

The buff-tailed sicklebill is a species of hermit hummingbird from the lower Andes and adjacent west Amazonian lowlands from southern Colombia and northern Ecuador to Peru and Bolivia.
