Arrowhead (Tigress T84) & her Cubs
Arrowhead, an icon of Ramthambore, with her cubs, that had been born in July, Unfortunately she was ill when we saw her, as she'd been attacked by Marsh Mugger crocodile. The day after we saw her she was anaesthetised and treated by vets. The previous day the rangers had killed a buffalo for her to feed her cubs with but unfortunately one of her daughters from an adjoining territory claimed it for her own cubs. Despite having bone cancer Arrowhead was still providing for her cubs last month. Fingers crossed.

The tiger is the largest cat species, reaching a total body length of up to 3.38 m over curves and weighing up to 388.7 kg in the wild. Its most recognisable feature is a pattern of dark vertical stripes on reddish-orange fur with a lighter underside.
